• Zoë Kravitz, 33, and her totally toned arms just stole the show on The Batman red carpet.
  • The actress looked beyond sculpted in a black, cutout dress next to her co-star, Robert Pattinson.
  • Zoë says a (mostly) vegan diet and elliptical sessions are some of her favorite ways to stay healthy and fit.

Clearly, Zoë Kravitz knows how to work a red carpet like nobody's business. The actress, 33, just attended a special premiere of her upcoming movie The Batman in London, England—and she's looking fitter than ever.

Zoë posed with her co-star Robert Pattinson, 35, in a black cutout dress. Her defined arms and back are on full display. And even though it's February, she looked right at home in the sleeveless ensemble. Brave!

Luckily, Zoë has been more than open about the fitness routine that helps keep her upper bod looking this strong:

Usually, Zoë prefers working out in the morning.

“Otherwise I'll go late at night, like 10 p.m. I think it helps me sleep, and it's very important to sweat and move your blood,” she told Harper's Bazaar. Her routine is pretty simple. “My gym in Brooklyn is really small, and I'll just go on the elliptical for 30 minutes, long enough to work up a sweat, and then I'm good.”

If she's working out at home, Zoë will add some stretches, sit-ups, and leg exercises to target the rest of her bod. “I've worked with a lot of trainers over the years for shows and films, so I know enough about fitness to do things on my own at this point,” she explained.

And, Zoë's workouts *really* ramped up after she was cast as Catwoman.

"It’s pretty intense," she said on the Questlove Supreme podcast. "We started shooting two weeks ago, but before that I was in London for two months, just getting in shape, training, learning fights." TBH, I'm exhausted just picturing it.

Food-wise, Zoë sticks to "mostly vegan health food," she told Harper's Bazaar. Zoë explained that she was raised vegan, although she now eats meat occasionally. “I try to be conscious about where it's coming from,” she added.

When building her plate, Zoë said she looks for "non-processed foods." She also takes fish oil supplements for her skin and probiotics to help with digestion, per W magazine. And, she's always working on her hydration.

“Trying to drink enough water is such a huge thing," she told Elle. "I really don't. Sometimes I'll realize it's 5 p.m. and I've had the tiniest glass of water.” (Same.)

In general, Zoë focuses on her health by caring for her body.

"Beauty and health start from the inside," Zoë shared with Byrdie. "It’s really important to know exactly what you’re putting in your body. Things that are alive are vibrant."

Now that, I can get behind. Killing it, Zoë!
