The sunrise before the time change in the fall is the latest sunrise of the entire year for most cities in the U.S. except some locations in Alaska.For Louisville, the sunrise this morning was at 8:13 AM. This is later than many cities since we are on the western edge of the Eastern Time Zone.Bowling Green in the Central Time Zone had their latest sunrise of the year.... 7:13 AM.During the middle of winter, the latest sunrise in Louisville is at 8:00.Two things determine the time of the sunrise.
