Headcanon

                                    

                                              
My headcanon for the islands:
                          
▶ All of the islands are older than Indonesia. Well because they appear before Majapahit and the other kingdoms was formered. BUT the reason they didn't called like mom or grandparents by Nesia because:
                          
1. They can't grow  physicaly really fast if one of the kingdoms at their place didn't have an economic activities. And for Ina.Papua before he meet Majapahit, because he didn't have any kingdoms at his place. only various tribes,he has short height than other islands. But thanks to his tribes trade with other kingdoms outside his place, he still can keeping up growing and when Majapahit 'own' him, he grew faster than before.

                          
2. Srivijaya and Medang,naturaly have grandparents trait and the islands have sibling trait accrording to Nesia. The islands back then are still childish so it's natural if she consider them as siblings.
                          
3. Eventhough they have siblings trait to Nesia. They are the perfect place for Nesia to 'unburden' her feelings. Because they extremly wise than their thought and thats make Nesia feel better than being with her grandparents.
                          
4. Eventhough East and West Nusa have HDI higher than Ina.Papua, their hieght are the shortest if compare with Java,Sumatra,Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali, Maluku even for Papua. And they are very childish but Nesia still respect them and call them big bro/sis (for East,she called her 'usi' it's Kupang language for big sister and for West, she called him 'sae' it's Mbojo language  from Bima in West Nusa that means older sibling but         ' sae mone' means older brother/ big brother and 'mone' means brother)
                          
▶ They have routine to do gymnastics by themself or togethere at 06:00 A.M on Sunday. They usually played 'poco-poco'. The song is from Ambon, Maluku sing by Yopie Latuh. This song is very catchy. But i don't understand the lyric so don't ask me about it.
                          
▶When Eid Al-Fitr comes, they will come to Nesia's house and spend it togethere.
                          
▶ they treat Nesia like little sister but the overprotective is Bali.
                          
▶ Bali is an island but also a province. West and East Nusa also a province but they are islands. I called West and East for easier me because the island of timor divined two, East Nusa and East Timor and West has  a lot of chain islands. Bali and the Nusas are called lesser sunda while Sumatra,Java,Kalimantan, Sulawesi are called Greater Sunda.
                          
▶They usually speak their own languages but also they speak in Indonesian, English, little Mandarinese, and little Dutch.
                          
▶They love messing to each other. 
                          
▶The only Island who can hold the alcohol are Ina.Papua,Bali and East Nusa.
                          
▶When Java,Kalimantan,and Sumatra get into fight, the one who can stop them is Sulawesi. 
                          
▶Java,Kalimantan and Sumatra seems don't get along but actually they are best bro friend ever! They really like to talk about anything under full moon or doing something crazy.
                          
▶Their 'children' are the provinces and cities. Expect for Bali and West nusa and East nusa, their 'children' are the cities and the chain islands.
                          
▶ Indonesia's total islands are more than 17.000 but they are inhabitated islands total 922. So not all the islands have the personifications, because they didn't have any humans in the islands. And Indonesia also lazy to named the other island only 8.844 named. But there is no certainty about the number of Indonesia's islands and i read on quora that  the UN will annonce the correct number of Islands in 2018. Blame Nesia for forgetting the islands and lazy to named them.
                          
▶They pet their own endemic animal on their own region.
                          
▶Before meet the first kingdom's personification, they are physicaly at 4 years old.
                          
▶the first hindu kingdom, Kutai discover Kalimantan when he with his King were hunt and acctiendly king's arrow hurt Kalimantan's left hand and Kutai quickly treat the wound and soon he realize that he is the one of  personification of the land of borneo.
                          
▶ For some reason they have likes-hates relation toward Soeharto, the second president of Indonesia.
                          
▶ They all very expert at in the voyage. And sometimes Java and Sumatra teach Nesia how to sailing, but Nesia mostly teached by  Srivijaya.
                          
▶ Indonesia is close to all of her islands, but the most closest to her are Java,Sumatra,Bali and Madura.
                          
▶All of Countries mostly only know Bali and Java. But the Asean know that Nesia has more than that.
                          
▶Java,Bali and Kalimantan are close to Asean countries.
                          
▶Indonesia's islands are close to other Asean's islands and few other islands in Asia and Australia.
                          
▶With other Asean's islands, they make party for Asean's islands only. And usually Kalimantan and Sarawak have little cat fight, and the other will cracked them self at party. And once when Visayas,one of Philippines island sing 'barbie girl' was drunk, Luzon, Kalimantan,Sarawak,Ko Samui, and Phú Quốc who also drunk badly ,change their cloth and dressed like barbie and dance like idiots. This make their Asean countries come gagging, when the others are recording to black mail them.

                          
▶The Indonesian's islands are partner in crime with Philippines' islands. Like the relation of those two countries. They are very close than other islands.

















                          
I think thats the headcanon for all of island, may be i'll make a second or just make their own headcanon alone.
