After seeing Zoë Kravitz walk the Balenciaga runway last October, we probably should have guessed that she’d make an appearance in the brand’s advertising — after all, she looked incredible in her friend Alexander Wang's final collection for Balenciaga.

Still, we were pleasantly surprised to see her star in the Spring 2016 ad series alongside longtime Alexander Wang muse Anna Ewers. The two stunners, photographed by Steven Klein, wear romantic all-white looks and are shot lounging in seemingly palatial gardens and interiors. Zoë’s many small tattoos are prominently featured and add an edgy contrast to the pretty and ultra-feminine clothes.

Since Alexander Wang left Balenciaga to focus on his eponymous label, choosing a such familiar face to showcase his last collection for the French fashion house just feels right. Zoë brings a fresh, cool look to the classic brand.

And this isn't her only major campaign this season — Zoë also appears in a Calvin Klein ad alongside her mother, Lisa Bonet. Spring is shaping up to be pretty great for Zoë, and it's only January.
