Moon Geun Young took to social media and updated her fans with her current activities in the new agency, Cré Company. 

The 34-year-old actress officially joined a newly launched entertainment company on February 15 alongside her "Memory Point" co-star Kang Sang Joon. 

At the time, Cré Company announced that they would be working with the duo after signing exclusive contracts. 

According to News 1 Korea, the CEO of the talent agency was a former colleague at Moon Ga Young's previous agency, Namoo Actors. 

She was with the management for 16 years and left Namoo Actors in 2020. She revealed that she wanted to step out of her comfort zone.

Now, after almost one month with Cré Company, the former child star turned leading lady shared her new profile photo. She flaunted her youthful beauty. 

Over Moon Geun Young's Instagram, she uploaded a series of snaps featuring updated profiles from the agency. Some candid shots included a photo showing off her battle scar.

In the black and white photo, the actress was lying down with her face slightly facing the camera. Her right arm showed the scar from her surgery. 

In the comment section, fans expressed how much they missed the actress. They sent her virtual support through heartwarming messages and heart emojis.

In 2017, media outlets like Osen shared that the actress had to cancel her performance for the play "Romeo and Juliet" due to an emergency surgical procedure.

Her then agency, Namoo Actors, revealed that the actress complained about a "sudden pain in her right arm." She immediately went to the hospital for consultation.

Based on the results, she was diagnosed with "Acute Compartment Syndrome and had to go through an emergency surgical procedure."

The actress underwent three operations and was recovering at the time. She was advised to cancel her upcoming activities "in case she needs additional surgeries."

According to her agency, Moon Geun Young expressed her strong desire to return on stage but she has to focus on her health and recovery.

Per WebMD, compartment syndrome occurs when an "excessive pressure builds up inside an enclosed muscle space in the body" and usually results "from bleeding or swelling after an injury." It is due to accidents, burns, prolonged compression, blood clot in the arm or leg vessels, or doing extremely vigorous exercise.

Due to her health status, Moon Geun Young went on a two year hiatus. She made a comeback in 2019 for the tvN Kdrama "Catch the Ghost." She starred alongside Kim Seon Ho, Ki Do Hoon, and "Snowdrop" star Jung Eugene. 

Apart from it, she also joined the official cast of the MBC tv show "Those Who Cross the Line - Korean Peninsula" and returned to the following season, "Those Who Cross the Line - Returns" as a guest. 

Following her decision to join a Cré Company, it seems like the 34-year-old actress is gearing up for a possible comeback after her 2019 series.
