Instruction of Ordering Tickets
- Please write down your visit date under 'Ticket Date'.
- Please write down your visit time slot under 'Entrance Time Slot'.
- Please write down your correct contact number and e-mail address at the order page. The address is used for your invoice only.
- After your payment, we will issue your tickets as soon as possible.
- You will receive your e-ticket(s)/voucher and a confirmation guideline by email within few minutes (sometimes it might take longer). You could use it at reserved date and time slot which is mentioned on your voucher.
- If your chosen date is not available (sold out), we will contact you by email for an alternative date. Or we will cancel your order and refund your payment.
Guideline of Using Tickets
- Present your voucher at the entrance from your smart phone, simply show your barcode to enter.
- You don't need to wait in the queue
- No need to print out the ticket(s)
- Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time slot.
