    Not a legit copy

    This is not legit. The sound is off a little from the picture, and the cheap case broke the first day we used it. I was so excited to find this even though it is sealed in the Disney vault, but it is too good to be true. Buyers be warned!

    The great film HORRIBLE DVD Disney has given up

    The 2cd DVD release to the great 1994 film. "What Do You Want Me To Do? Dress In Drag Do the Hula? My favorite line from the film. Scenes you want to play over and over. The music/songs. Memorable characters. A fantastic film. Disney should be ashamed of themselves. I have been complaining about this since they started it in fall 2009. This stupid put the blu ray out earlier than the DVD. October 2011 for the blu ray and we had to wait until 11-15-11 for the DVD. I HOPE DISNEY HAS LOST A LOT OF MONEY FOR THESE ERRORS!! One extra on this. The great film, HORRIBLE DVD If you do NOT have it already find & buy the 1st DVD release from 2004 MUCH BETTER, MUCH BETTER Recommend for the film ONLY NOT the extras HERE ON EBAY CHECK OUT MY REVIEW FOR THE MUCH BETTER 2004 DVD

    Great Movie

    I bought this movie for my 5 year old grand daughter. She had it before but wore it out,Lol so this is a replacement... Her father is just as bad as the kids, because he watches it right along with the kids every time.

    For a 2.9 year old Granddaughter?

    Read all the Disney movie reviews and the Lion King has one of the highest ratings of all the animated Disney films. Yes, there were so reservations about Musafa, Simba's father's death in the movie and whether those scenes are age appropriate. Many had cautioned that movie was much more suited for 4 to 5 year old. However, the story, music and the characters are so good I decided to give it a shot. First time through her father watched the movie with her to help explain the scene so as not to frighten her. I would recommend this if you decide to purchase for child younger than 4. Love the movie and have no reservations at all.
