What’s special about this guitar: This is a great playing and awesome sounding Parker Fly Deluxe. It is a slightly older model so it has some of the great older features that are sought after for many players. Features include a vibrato tension wheel on the body, dual DiMarzio humbuckers, piezo bridge saddles, a super comfortable neck and exceptional playability! This guitar does show some play wear but the overall feel of the guitar and the tone more than make up for it!
Condition: This guitar is in good overall shape and plays like a dream! There are various surface scratches, nicks, dings, dents and chips throughout the guitar with some light buckle rash on the back. The fingerboard and frets are in great shape with only very light play wear and tons of life left in them. The neck is super comfortable with great action and the truss rod functions perfectly. The nut has been re-glued into place evident by the excess glue around the nut. All electronics and parts are in perfect working condition.
Body: Solid poplar body in a metallic purple finish. Bridge tension wheel, plastic control knobs, dual switches and a black back cover plate.
Neck: Super comfortable and nicely rounded basswood neck with a carbon/glass fiber fingerboard. White side dot fret position markers and a 1 5/8” nut. Locking Sperzel tuners, 25.5” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Active electronics with DiMarzio humbuckers in the neck and bridge, dual volume control for the humbuckers (both of which act as a master volume control), master tone control for the humbuckers, stacked concentric volume and tone controls for the piezo pickups, a 3-way humbucker selector switch and a 3-way piezo humbucker blend switch. There is also a red button on the side of the body for turning the piezo pickups on and off.
