Description

Saludos Amigos Jos� Carioca Production Cel Courvoisier Setup with Walt Disney Signature (Walt Disney, 1942). This is the first film that came out of Walt Disney's goodwill trip to South America. It features the on-screen premiere of Jos� Carioca. An outstanding hand-inked, hand-painted Courvoisier production cel, featuring a great full-figure image of Jos� with his umbrella, hat, and cigar, in a nice size of 5". The cel is on a superb hand-painted Courvoisier background. The original Courvoisier COA is on the back of the frame and the original cream mat, with script writing along the lower border, is also in the framed setup. The real bonus here is the mat, which has been hand-signed by Mr. Walt Disney. It's a big, bold 5" signature in green crayon. A Phil Sears Letter of Authenticity is attached on the reverse of the frame. Beautiful display, framed with Plexiglas and matted with an opening of 9" x 7". Overall frame size is 19" x 24". Frame is sold as-is, cel is in Very Good condition.
