Just a year and a half after buying her Hollywood Hills Spanish Colonial style home, Frances Bean Cobain has sold the 2,908 square foot property, according to Dirt. The daughter of Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love fetched $2.29 million for the home, leaving her with a profit of $300,000, less broker fees and any renovation costs.

The property features four bedrooms, three full bedrooms, and one half bathroom. Though it doesn’t appear that Cobain did much work to the home, beside swapping out flooring in select rooms, its modern finishes make it certain that it was updated prior to her ownership. Built in 1926, the home’s many charming accents, including its original beams, multiple fireplaces, and arched doorways, point to its age, while crisp white walls and an open floor plan make it amenable to 21st century life. Thoughtful details, like the mullioned casement windows in select rooms and skylights above the breakfast nook, give the space a unique feel. Its hillside location provides almost every room with gorgeous views which can also be enjoyed from the property’s terrace, or the spacious side lawn.

Beyond the main house, there is a three story guest house. The additional structure, which is accessible via its own entrance, has a full kitchen, living and dining areas, a secluded outdoor seating area, plus a walk-in closet in the bedroom. It’s unknown where Cobain is residing nowadays, but it’d be no surprise if it’s another Spanish-style Hollywood Hills home, as her last residence was, too.
