It is a straight read with illustrations and easy to understand review of the innumerable organisms that are not alive for the welfare of mankind.
Why do we humans kill each other when so many other forms of life are so happy to accomplish this goal?
My feeling when I have finished the first 674 pages of clinical text is that I am lucky to be alive.
This is a great book and I strongly recommend it for a continuous read rather than as a reference text.
