Erik ten Hag: Man United will not sell Marcus Rashford

Erik ten Hag appears to be put off by the constant speculation over Marcus Rashford's future.

At his pre-match press conference, the Manchester United boss was asked about the misfiring forward, who has been linked with Paris Saint-Germain.

Ten Hag firmly replied: "We did not sign him last season for five years with the intention to sell him now.

"He should be part of this project. So it is not a subject we don't talk about."

Rashford is contracted till 2028 at Old Trafford and he's one of the most crucial players despite his poor season.

He's managed seven goals and six assists across 34 appearances in all competitions - a far cry below the 30 goals he scored in 2022/23.

Rashford still has time to turn things around as he prepares to face Liverpool in the FA Cup. Getting a goal or two would massively boost his confidence ahead of the final stages of the season.
