Kali ini saya akan menjelaskan bagaimana proses pembuatan es balok di pabrik es yang berlokasi di kampung tempat kediamanku ini.

Proses pembuatan es balok ada 6 tahap yaitu :

tahap pertama

cetakan es diisi dengan air murni dengan menggunakan tangki pengisian air.

tahap kedua

Setelah proses pengisian air selesai, cetakan es yang telah diisikan air di angkat oleh alat pengangkat dan diletakkan kedalam bak pendingin.

tahap ketiga

-proses pendinginan
Cetakan tersebut di celupkan kedalam bak pendingin dan terendam sampai level air di dalam cetakan sejajar dengan level tangki proses. Proses pendingin memakan waktu kurang lebih 24 jam agar es balok yang di hasilkan nanti benar-benar matang. Pada tangki pendingin di lengkapi mesin pengaduk air garam agar larutan air garam yang di hasilkan lebih merata dan tidak menjadi bubur kata orang pabrik ( es garam ) yang tidak bisa di gunakan di sebabkan temperatur terlalu tinggi.

tahap ke empat

• proses perendaman
  Apabila es balok sudah terbentuk membeku, proses selanjutnya adalah pegangkatan cetakan es dengan derek yang telah disediakan pabrik untuk direndamkan didalam air normal pada tangki pelepasan es dari cetakan, hal ini bertujuan agar sisi es balok keluar dari cetakan.
  

tahap ke lima

• proses pelepasan
  Setelah sisi es balok keluar dari cetakan,maka angakat menggunakan mesin derek dan keluarkan es balok dari cetakan.
  

#tahap ke enam

• proses muat kedalam mobil
  Es balok yang telah di keluarkan dari cetakan, langsung di tarik keluar oleh pekerja bongkar pasang es. Satu mobil bisa menampung es 112 batang.

This time I will explain how the process of making ice blocks in the ice factory located in this place my residence.

Ice-beam making process there are 6 stages:

the first stage

Ice molds filled with pure water using a water filling tank.

Second stage

After the completion of the water filling process, the water-filled ice mold is lifted by the lifter and placed into the cooling basin.

third phase

• cooling process
  The mold is dipped into the cooling basin and submerged to the water level in the mold parallel to the process tank level. The cooling process takes approximately 24 hours for the resulting ice beams will be completely mature. In a cooling tank equipped with a brine stirrer machine to make the salt water solution more evenly distributed and not to the slurry of the manufacturer (ice salt), which can not be used because the temperature is too high.

Fourth stage

• soaking process
  When the ice blocks are already frozen, the next process is the removal of ice molds with the factory-provided crane to be immersed in normal water at the ice release tank from the mold, which is intended to allow the ice side of the beam to come out of the mold.

Fifth stage

• release process
  Once the ice side of the beam comes out of the mold, then angakat uses the winch and remove the ice from the mold.
  #Step to sixth
• the process of loading into the car
  Ice blocks that have been removed from the mold, directly pulled out by workers unloading pairs of ice. One car can accommodate 112 sticks of ice.
