As titled, the game runs horribly on my 4090. I tried all the steps in the guide and nothing works. Did anybody ever figure out a fix for RTX cards?

It seams to be a audio speaker configuration bug the game does not like 5.1 or 7.1 sound systems. To fix this go to your volume control on you taskbar tray and right click the speaker icon and press sounds go to the playback Tab and click on your active playback device. Then click on the configure botton in the bottom left, Inside the new dialog select Stereo next next finish Hope this helps it worked for me....
