Ksenia Sukhinova “Miss World 2008”
Russian model and Miss World 2008 winner Ksenia Sukhinova was born on August 26, 1987 in Nizhnevartovsk. Her path to the title began with the “Miss Tyumen” competition, which she won in 2007.
She then participated in the Miss Russia 2007 competition, where she also became the winner.
At the Miss World 2008 competition held in Johannesburg, South Africa, Sukhinova was initially among the favorites, impressing judges with her beauty, self-confidence, and intellect. She won the tournament, becoming the second Russian, after Yulia Kurkina in 1992, to receive the title.
After her victory, Sukhinova became a popular public figure in Russia and around the world, using her platform to promote various charitable causes, including education and healthcare.
Since her time as Miss World, Sukhinova has continued to work as a model, appearing in numerous fashion campaigns and runway shows. She has also made a career in television, co-hosting several shows in Russia.
