Burger King

Open burger kings are getting harder to find than girls without an OF account. This one has a tendency to always be closing the drive through as you pull up. (Hours of the day are irrelevant) 2:15pm , 9pm , midnight who really knows what their hours are. I really hope it's not because of my racial appearance.
So i wanted a BK and to circumvent the earlier issues I ordered delivery. The order did come. It was fresh/hot/delicious as I had hoped for.

Worst Burger King I have ever been to. There's NEVER enough staff working. Everything takes forever. You have to ask for a side of ketchup, which is usually a 5-10 minute wait until an employee sees you. The bathroom is locked which is another 5-10 minute wait until someone sees you.

Today, I walked in, saw 5 people gathered around the register with NO employees around...and walked out. I will never come back. HIRE MORE STAFF!

I am very disappointed in this location. It's the closest one anywhere near me so now i will have to go further to get it which i really doubt inwill even do anymore. I got breakfast there a few days ago and couldn't really stop to check my order due to traffic. So i got home, and realized one if the sandwiches was completely wrong and unedible. So i went back to get it corrected, and shebtold me she couldn't correct it because rhey had stopped serving breakfast at 10:30 and it was now 10:50. I'm sorrg but i think this is ridiculous, it's not like they were crowded with lunch ttaffic yet. So much for putting the customer first these days. So i asked fir my money back, and she refused that also. Very disappointed in this location, and will not be going back. Just a shame, because up until now I've generally been happy with the service there, but to me this is just not acceptable. Maybe I'm only one customer and don't matter much to them...i know i didn't matter at all that day. So, i guess sorrry BK..i won't be back.

I went there and ordered the original crispy sandwich, chicken nuggets, a large french fry, and a diet coke. The chicken sandwich was burnt, the nuggets were way undercooked to the point where it was absolutely disgusting. The french fries were cold, not only that but they couldn't even get the diet coke right. I am appalled at the amount of incompetence at this place, this burger king should be shut down.

This place is a joke. Every time we go there there's something wrong either out of meat out of chicken nuggets the card reader is down or the ice cream machine is down. This location make buger king look very bad. They need to just be shut down because its been like this for way to long

I don't know what is going on with burger king but they need to fix it because i can't seem to find a good one anywhere that's probably why grove city burger king shut down and why you just don't see many of them anymore.

We ate inside for my first visit and the decor is very modern and they have a coke freestyle (they really need to clean that thing.) we placed our order and took our food to a table everything was cold I expect that with fries but the bacon cheese burgers were cold and cheese not melted. I took cold onion rings back up because that's what i really wanted and she said they were new but they were not they were cold too.
I sat there by at my table by the front door and counted 3-4 angry customers park there car and bring their drive thru orders back inside to get their order fixed. I have to say theres a management issue here.

If I could have gave negative stars I would have. The corporate people really needs to get involved because this location like most burger kings in Columbus Ohio are garbage. Food is gross, employees don't care and most of the locations are run down. This location is ok but the food is always messed up they never have ice coffee why advertise it and y'all not have it. Just shut these places down already no one seems to care rather it's owners or corporate

I just left there they did not give me a receipt my food was absolutely code they gave me the wrong things that I need it I couldn't turn around because I have to be at work and the lady was dry in the drive-through very disappointed and I will be calling

Drive-thru @ 2am, the employees were friendly, the food was hot & fresh, and most important very good for a late night dinner. I will return when the urge hits.

We ordered two Whoppers with cheese. It's supposed to have everything on it (lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.). There were no tomatoes on either one. If something that is supposed to be standard on an an item is missing or out of stock, the customer should be notified and not expected to just accept it "as is". They didn't mention that they were out of tomatoes or offer other options. Also, the fries were cold.
