[:id]FH UB, MALANG – Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat dari Fakultas Hukum Universitas Brawijaya (Pengmas FH UB) melakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Yosowilangun Lor, Kabupaten Lumajang pada Rabu 4 Agustus 2022.

Tim Pengmas FH UB tersebut berasal dari kalangan Dosen FH UB dan juga mahasiswa Doktor Ilmu Hukum. Tim Pengmas dari kalangan Dosen FH UB beranggotakan Dr. Aan Eko Widiarto, S.H., M.Hum., Prof. Dr. M. Fadli, S.H., M.Hum., dan juga Triya Indra R, S.H., M.H.

Sedangkan Tim Pengmas yang berasal dari unsur ahasiswa Doktor Ilmu Hukum FH UB terdiri dari Marsudi Dedi Putra, Sholahuddin Al-Fatih, dan Sofi Rahma Dewi.

Sebelumnya, Tim Pengmas telah mendampingi warga desa Yosowilangun Lor dalam merumuskan regulasi tata kelola air pertanian yang berkelanjutan. Regulasi tersebut pada tahun kemarin sudah diundangkan dalam bentuk peraturan desa.

Pada tahun ini, Pengmas dilakukan dengan tema “Pembentukan dan Penguatan Kelembagaan Tata Kelola Air Pertanian di Desa Yosowilangun Lor Lumajang.”

Kegiatan pengmas ini dilakukan dengan model diskusi yang dihadiri oleh 30 orang yang terdiri dari perwakilan Dinas Pertanian, Pemerintah Desa, kelompok tani, HIPPA, petani, masyarakat.

Kegiatan pengmas kali ini bertujuan agar setiap stakeholder, pemerintah desa, kelompok tani, HIPPA, petani serta masyarakat dapat memahami hak, kewajiban, tugas dan kewenangannya masing-masing dalam menjaga tata kelola air pertanian yang berkelanjutan. Sehingga peraturan desa yang sudah diundangkan tersebut dapat diimplementasikan secara baik di Desa Yosowilangun Lor. The FH UB Community Service Team comes from FH UB Lecturers and students from the Doctor of Law study program in the Faculty of Law Universitas Brawijaya. The Community Service Team from FH UB Lecturers consists of Dr. Aan Eko Widiarto, S.H., M. Hum., Prof. Dr. M. Fadli, S.H., M. Hum., and also Triya Indra R, S.H., M.H.

Meanwhile, the Community Service Team from Doctor of Law students consists of Marsudi Dedi Putra, Sholahuddin Al-Fatih, and Sofi Rahma Dewi.

Previously, the Community Service Team assisted the residents of Yosowilangun Lor village in formulating regulations for sustainable agricultural water management. This regulation was promulgated last year in the form of a village regulation.

This year, the Community Service was carried out with the theme “Formation and Strengthening of Agricultural Water Management Institutions in Yosowilangun Lor Village, Lumajang.”

This community service activity was carried out with a discussion model which was attended by 30 people consisting of representatives of the Agriculture Service, Village Government, farmer groups, HIPPA, farmers and communities.

This community service activity aims to ensure that every stakeholder, village government, farmer groups, HIPPA, farmers and the community can understand their respective rights, obligations, duties and authorities in maintaining sustainable agricultural water management. So that the village regulations that have been promulgated can be implemented properly in Yosowilangun Lor Village. (ebs/nnd)[:]
