Sean Bourke started as Creighton's new Assistant AD for Athletic Development on July 17, 2023. Prior to Creighton he was the Assistant Director of Development with University of Wisconsin Athletics. Prior to Wisconsin, Bourke was a Development Assistant at the University of Nebraska.

Bourke earned a Master’s of Arts in Business, specialization in Intercollegiate Athletic Administration (MAIAA) from the University of Nebraska (’18) and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Sport Management from Loras College (’16). While at Loras, he was a 4-year letterwinner and captain of the men’s basketball team.
Sean is relocating to Omaha with wife, Sarah.
