Kapanlagi.com - Artist Tika Panggabean recently announced on her official Instagram account that she has become a victim of irresponsible individuals seeking personal gain. In her post, Tika showed fake testimonials about the success of a weight loss diet using slimming drugs.

This is exactly what Melly Goeslaw experienced some time ago. That's why she expressed her anger at her name and photo being used to promote slimming drugs.

Tika herself admitted that she didn't know since when these irresponsible individuals had been using her name for the promotion of slimming drugs without permission. She found out about it after being informed by netizens.

"I didn't know about it either. I only found out from my followers. So, they DM me and ask, 'Is this true? I know this must be a lie'," said Tika Panggabean in the Kemang area, Jakarta, some time ago.

Initially, Tika ignored it because she was confident that people or her fans would not believe in such advertisements.

"At first, I was the laziest person to respond to things like that, like 'Just leave it be'," Tika said.

However, as time went by, Tika began to feel restless when her friends told her that they were interested in consuming the slimming pills. Because she didn't want her loved ones to be deceived and use drugs whose ingredients were unknown, Tika took action.

2. Never Used Slimming Pills

"Eventually, because many people DM me and some friends asked, 'Is it true? I want to buy the pills', well, I can't ignore it anymore, it's disturbing," Tika said.

"Finally, I asked my management to release a clarification, and I gave them a week. Only after that, I issued a statement," Tika added.

Moreover, in her life, Tika never used slimming pills as a way to lose weight.

"So even if he asks for permission, I won't allow it. Because I don't use those drugs. I don't use any kind of slimming products," Tika concluded.
